The price
A session is one video of one person, up to an hour. A profile with all its chapters comes with it.

Each price counts only for the sessions inside its range. 15 sessions in a month cost $199 + 5 × $15 = $274.

Four ways to measure, one allowance
- Send a client link. Your client sees your name and logo and takes the full test on their own phone or computer. Before recording, they agree to share their profile with you, and they can stop sharing at any time. They pay nothing.
- Upload a video. Ten minutes or more of one person talking, in one take. You confirm that the person agreed to be measured.
- Record in the browser. Take the test yourself as often as you like.
- Call the API. Send video from your own product and get the results back as data.
Your links, their profiles
Each client link delivers one profile with its seven chapters. You get a copy, and so does the person you measure. Make as many links as you need.
The profile stays theirs: you see what they agreed to share, for as long as they share it.

What counts as a session?
One video of one person, up to an hour, once it passes the checks. A video we cannot measure does not count.
Where does it work?
Pro works everywhere but Illinois, for now. Nobody there can sign in or record, you or your clients. We also turn away connections we cannot locate, such as Tor.
How does a team use Pro?
A plan is one account, signed in with one email address. Every session it measures, and every profile shared with it, is in that account.
Who owns the profile?
From a client link, your client does. You get a copy of the profile they agreed to share. From a video you upload or send through the API, the profile is yours.
What if a client stops sharing?
You lose access to their profile at once. The session still counts as one of your month’s sessions.
Can I use the profiles for hiring?
No. Profiles are not for employment decisions: hiring, promotion, firing or pay. Our terms say so too.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Pro runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
Is this a medical test?
No. It describes how a person comes across and behaves, never a condition.
